On Monday I visited the Gasparillo NP Service Station and purchased premium gas-$100 worth. I enquired about the promotion in which customers can win certain prizes, only to be told that I needed to fill my tank and then return to get my card.
I followed the instructions and returned to the cashier to receive my promotion card. There I was met with an obnoxious woman who, with an attitude, told me that I needed to move out of pump area before returning to get the card.
The problem was not moving but the gas station has no available parking spaces. As such that transaction, if you have to return to your vehicle, get a park and then return for the promotion, can be extremely time-consuming for someone who has a busy schedule. This to me, makes the promotion a real hassle. This, in addition to the poor customer service, just does not make this promotion worthwhile.
