How sad is it that our ed­u­ca­tion sys­tem, which is still not up to stan­dard, has al­lowed the Wood­brook Pres­by­ter­ian School to be closed yes­ter­day to al­low for spray­ing for ro­dents, etc. Now I agree that this needs to be done but can it not be sched­uled for a week­end? The over­time cost ver­sus the ed­u­ca­tion of our chil­dren, there is no com­par­i­son. Come on Dr Goopeesingh, bet­ter can be done.
