Carnival costume too revealing

Upon seeing pictures of his 2013 Carnival costume presentation in one of the dailies, I would like to ask Mr Ivan Kallicharan to explain exactly what do those outfits have to do with the Rise of the Olympians. Is this the best that band leaders can produce year after year?
I am not a competitor, I’m not even a masquerader. I am simply a spectator, a lover of Carnival who longs for the return of art to what was once the greatest show on earth. I would suggest to Mr Kallicharan a more appropriate title for his presentation would be “Victoria’s Secret Exposed.”
