How is that a de­vel­op­er can have so much clout that he can take over an en­tire stretch of pave­ment along the Sa­van­nah, caus­ing pedes­tri­ans com­ing from the west not to be able to pass or to risk cross­ing the road, there­by putting them­selves in dan­ger.

This de­vel­op­er's trucks come in an out of the site all day long. They have cre­at­ed a mas­sive hole in the road which by now has prob­a­bly caused many road users to dam­age their tyres, burst their shocks and most prob­a­bly al­most get in­to an ac­ci­dent. Please some­one in au­thor­i­ty, put a stop to this.
