This morn­ing, while com­ing over the La­dy Young Road, I was forced to "tri­cle" be­hind an old di­lap­i­dat­ed pick-up that ev­i­dent­ly should not be on the road. What­ev­er hap­pened to the ve­hi­cle in­spec­tion law for which no­tices were pub­licly post­ed warn­ing mo­torists that they could be charged up to $5,000 for not hav­ing their five-year-old and over ve­hi­cles in­spect­ed?

Where are all the "new" traf­fic war­dens? Doesn't the gov­ern­ment know that if they al­low peo­ple to break mi­nor laws, they will even­tu­al­ly grad­u­ate to break­ing ma­jor ones?
