To keep abreast in today's world one should be prepared to face any challenge. In doing so many have chosen tertiary education as a foundation to betterment. What is upsetting is that some tertiary institutions, such as Costaatt, are very unprofessional.
Imagine there are students attending this institution who are unaware of when they would complete their degree or associate degree mainly because no one is certain of the amount of courses required since Costaatt has a custom of adding new courses every year.
Questions of completion dates have been left unanswered by those in authority. Students have also been misinformed about certain courses, for example, I was advised to do degree courses that I should not have done because I am pursuing an associate degree.
I have no idea who is going to compensated students like me for the wasted time that we spent doing courses that we should not have done in the first place. As well as the money spent for registration and the purchase of books for these classes.
It is so frustrating to know as a student, that over three years have passed, after attaining the amount of credits required for completions, that there is still no light at the end of the tunnel. Come on Costaatt, please get your act together.
