If Jack Warner's constituents would allow him to fool them all the days of their lives that's a matter for them, but he certainly can't fool me!
Last week, in his angry speech, he said Blatter gave him the Center of Excellence as a gift. This week in his sympathy speech he said Havelange gave him the Center of Excellence as a gift. It would not surprise me if next week in his despairate speech he says God gave it to him. He probably believes Havelange, at 97, would soon demit life on this earth.
It will be interesting to know if this particular asset would be declared with the integrity commission, but I may have to wait and see.
