I write to compliment BC Pires' most insightful commentary on the Cabinet decision to pay the piper for the fire truck. He refers to the Cabinet as having wooden heads or heads made of wood. It may very well be a case of he who pays the piper calls the tune. What other reason could there be for the seeming inability of an entire cabinet being unable to discern the difference between right and wrong?
The fact that the Cabinet comprising some 40-odd so-called leaders was collectively responsible for a most irresponsible of acts and has committed a fiduciary breach of the most grievous kind, has once more been lost in the cacophony of noise surrounding who is to blame, in this case Jack Warner. The fact of the matter is that the collective responsibility has made the Cabinet once again into a most irresponsible Cabinet.
