Kudos for a job well done, Caribbean Airlines
Too often we are quick to complain when things go wrong and we let the world know it, either by asking for the supervisor or as in this case, making it public. But unfortunately, when we encounter experiences of good-heartedness and genuine service, rarely are we so quick to spread the word with the same fervour. I wish to do so now. On my last trip to Florida I was feeling really unwell as I boarded Caribbean Airlines flight 483 from Miami International to PoS.
When I boarded I explained to the stewardess Anisa Gore how poorly I felt. That’s all she needed to hear. For the entire flight I was well taken care of, from thoughtful gestures such as glasses of water with Angostura bitters (of course), to wipes to keep me refreshed, to offers of whatever she felt I could stomach and regular checks on my well-being. Anisa was genuinely caring and concerned. She is a credit to the carrier and a warm, compassionate human being. While I did thank her privately I wish to do so now openly. Thank you, Anisa, you are testimony to everything Caribbean Airlines promises and more and it is for reasons such as this that I have always flown with what is truly “ours.”
