Burglarproof Beetham CCTV cameras
On my daily journey to work via the Priority Bus Route, I can’t help but notice that most of the CCTV cameras that are positioned along the Beetham Gardens are either broken or facing the direction of the roadway when they’re supposed to be in the direction of the crime-filled community. These crime fighting tools are evidently being tampered with and this is defeating the purpose of them assisting the law enforcement agencies to bring down the crime levels.
Can the authorities please look into this? One solution may be to put some sort of burglarproof around these cameras so that they are not easily accessible to the miscreants of society. I really want our country to return to sweet T&T rather than being known as a small island that is climbing on the regional and international crime index.
