I read with interest theBail (Amendment) Bill proposed by the Government and find it quite interesting that amongst all the many crimes mentioned there is absolutely no mention of white-collar crimes. I have to ask if is it one rule for the little black boys and absolutely none for the rich and famous.The opposition themselves have been mum on this issue, so once again it looks like Karl Marx is so right: "laws are made by the rich to protect the rich." Maybe the Attorney General would like to correct me on this.
