On several occasions I have e-mailed WASA concerning water supplies, but never received a reply. It seems as if all e-mails concerning my problems are being deleted by workers who has no sympathy for the suffering public. The middle management, like supervisors and foremen, seem as if they are there just to be in their office relaxing without lifting a finger to see if the workers are doing their jobs in an efficient manner.
My family lives at Iere Village Branch Rd and water is being cut off for sometimes seven days while people close by receive water day and night. Can you do something to at least release water for three or four hours during the night so that our containers can be filled up to last us a few days?I look forward to a reply from your office to see if you people really care for the public.
