I have just returned to my homeland Trinidad after living in Canada for 41 years. I bought a car and could not believe how horrendous it was just to licence it; the archaic methods of that office is unbelievable. I will never buy another car.
That said, I had such an amazing experience Tuesday with the A&E Department at the St James Clinic I felt compelled to write and shout at how wonderful these people were! My 85-year-old aunt fell and hit her head, she did not want to go but I made her. We arrived at 5.30 pm and was immediately seen by a nurse who put a pressure bandage on the cut. Her vitals were taken then we met with Dr Gordan who closed the cut with eight stitches.
I cannot begin to tell you how very kind and patient he was to my very scared aunt. His compassion was wonderful. We left at 7.30 pm babbling to each other at how amazing, professional and kind everyone was!We would like to thank Dr Gordan and the staff at St James Emergency Clinic for being so very kind to us.
