In local parlance, a person is considered "mad" if he/she not only talks to himself/herself, but who also asks himself questions and then answers.
Today, in T&T, sad to say, we seem to have two political leaders who want, one to debate with self on July 30, and the other, to do same next month. A debate is usually between two people at the very least. Any version of this is a mockery of a debate.
With further worry, we have two major institutions in this developing country of ours, CNMG and the Debates Commission, that are putting on or want to put on this show of "madness." We reach. Who is going to save us? It can't be the one who is facing massive international criminal charges. That will be even more than madness. Dirk Harry
