How much would the Government increase the national security budget to, to go to war with Isis? If the media did an in-depth probe into national security spending, what names of companies and individuals would they discover as recipients of the $10.6 billion budget apart from obvious wages to military and police personnel? Which companies and individuals benefit most from national security spending? What would a detailed breakdown of national security spending look like?
Isn't the timely Isis voice notes threats, conveniently released to the public, nothing but state propaganda to push for the ascension of its SSA spy bill? The state habitually uses fear and coercion to pressure the public to give up personal rights.
This is a scare tactic for traction to plant magnified public fear, to get citizens to agree with the Government's intention to get carte blanche legislative right to invade citizens' private affairs without a warrant or a reason.
How does the Government feel about online shopping now? Are they still moving afoot to impose their seven per cent tariff on consumers to force them to shop at malls etc, to patronize price gouging imposed by the local merchant class? And where local shoppers now face the prospect of getting blown up until the SSA spy bill is law.
