It is becoming clear that the entire Keith Diaz-led executive of Pan Trinbago should resign over their alleged mismanagement of the institution's finances.
However panmen, who are genuinely fighting for change, must be careful. There are some people behind the scenes who are looking to get their hands on Pan Trinbago's money.
It is alleged that a few people who are very, very involved in politics, are hoping that the National Carnival Commission will give them free rein to control Pan Trinbago's finances so that they can "eat-a-food."
It would be very hard if, after all their struggles, panmen find themselves even further locked out of decision-making and control of their affairs. A classic case of moving out of the frying pan into the fire.
It will be very interesting to see what happens once Panorama 2017 is over.
To be forewarned is to be forearmed.
