WASA woes in Diego Martin

Dear WASA officials, please let us, the residents of some areas in Diego Martin, know why we are not getting water on a regular basis. Previously we got a water supply a few times a week, now we are lucky if we get once a week.

What is the real problem with the pumping station and the wells? When will this problem be rectified?

Calls made to the WASA hotline are answered most times by attentive and helpful customer representatives. However, they have limited information to provide to the customers.

WASA, please fix the problem and give us a regular supply of water.
