The Trinidad and To­ba­go As­so­ci­a­tion of Psy­chol­o­gists (TTAP) held its first so­cial event last month at The Buoys, Care­nage, to in­tro­duce its new ex­ec­u­tive and to launch its tenth an­niver­sary mag­a­zine. It was an evening filled with joy, as every­one wished each oth­er bless­ings abun­dant for the new year. Niko­lai Max­i­may, son of psy­chol­o­gist Ar­lene Max­i­may, pro­vid­ed mu­si­cal en­ter­tain­ment on the pi­ano.

This was spon­ta­neous. "Fan­tas­tic" was the word used to de­scribe Niko­lai's play­ing and the hope for the fu­ture of our na­tion's young men that he brought. Wal­trude Di­az, Deputy Per­ma­nent Sec­re­tary in the Min­istry of Health, at­tend­ed the evening's event as the rep­re­sen­ta­tive of the Min­is­ter of Health Therese Bap­tiste-Cor­nelis.
