The Trinidad and Tobago Association of Psychologists (TTAP) held its first social event last month at The Buoys, Carenage, to introduce its new executive and to launch its tenth anniversary magazine. It was an evening filled with joy, as everyone wished each other blessings abundant for the new year. Nikolai Maximay, son of psychologist Arlene Maximay, provided musical entertainment on the piano.
This was spontaneous. "Fantastic" was the word used to describe Nikolai's playing and the hope for the future of our nation's young men that he brought. Waltrude Diaz, Deputy Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Health, attended the evening's event as the representative of the Minister of Health Therese Baptiste-Cornelis.
