Taste buds were delighted by the creations of US-based local chef Shelton Alexis, well-known as the "Orgasmic Chef." Alexis was one of the executive chefs specially chosen to work with visionary Donna Wyke-Reece and studio manager Laura Reece at the the soft meet and greet launch of Fanatic Kitchen Studio on May 23. Fanatic Kitchen is the first of its kind in T&T, and is one of the lifelong dreams of Reece.
It is, among other things, a cooking show studio, corporate food and beverage service training space, as well as an interactive sales room, designed and furnished with state of the art, modern cooking equipment. The facility is geared towards media houses wishing to produce local cooking programmes in a well equipped, state of the art facility, as well as to encourage team spirit by hosting fun and exciting workshops for the corporate sector wanting to boost employee morale out of the office environment. Moms and camp facilitators can also make use of the facility to host cooking class parties during the holiday months.
