Taste buds were de­light­ed by the cre­ations of US based lo­cal chef Shel­ton Alex­is, well known as the "Or­gas­mic Chef," who is one of the Ex­ec­u­tive Chefs spe­cial­ly cho­sen to work with vi­sion­ary, Don­na Wyke-Re­ece and Stu­dio Man­ag­er, Lau­ra Re­ece at this in­no­v­a­tive and ex­cit­ing fa­cil­i­ty at the soft meet and greet launch of Fa­nat­ic Kitchen Stu­dio on May 30. One of the life­long dreams of Don­na Re­ece (the oth­er to open a Lux­u­ry Bou­tique Ho­tel), Fa­nat­ic Kitchen Stu­dio is among oth­er things, a Cook­ing Show Stu­dio, Cor­po­rate Food & Bev­er­age Ser­vice Train­ing ground space, as well as an in­ter­ac­tive sales room, de­signed and fur­nished with state of the art, mod­ern cook­ing equip­ment sup­plied by In­no­va­tions Kitchen De­signs who's of­fice al­so re­sides at the Kitchen Stu­dio.

Fa­nat­ic Kitchen is the first of its kind in Trinidad and To­ba­go and is geared to­wards not on­ly Me­dia Hous­es who wish to pro­duce their lo­cal cook­ing pro­grammes in a well equipped, state of the art fa­cil­i­ty but to en­cour­age team spir­it by host­ing fun and ex­cit­ing work­shops for the cor­po­rate sec­tor who may want to boost em­ploy­ee morale out of the of­fice en­vi­ron­ment. Moms and camp fa­cil­i­ta­tors are al­so in­vit­ed to host cook­ing class par­ties dur­ing the hol­i­day months for chil­dren from the ages of sev­en-13 yrs or even spice up your next get to­geth­er with your adult "by in­vi­ta­tion on­ly" cook­ing par­ty.
