Almost one month to the day, after opening its third location at Trincity Mall, Cold Stone Creamery continued to excite local ice cream lovers with the opening of its flagship location at MovieTowne, Invaders Bay. The modern, full service store, which is located on the second floor directly above the MovieTowne box office, hosted more than 150 specially invited guests, at aprivate function on June 23, including MovieTowne managing director Derek Chin, Miss World 1986, Giselle Laronde West, local actor Glenn A Davis, television presenters Desha Rambhajan and Samantha John, as well as local radio personalities and soca artistes Shal Marshall and Blaze.
CEO of Sundaes Ltd, Stefan Monteil, formally cut the opening ribbon and invited guests to partake in "the ultimate ice cream experience." With an array of ice cream flavours ranging from popular chocolate, to amaretto, to cotton candy and a myriad of mix-ins, including Kit Kat, brownies, marshmallows, pecans and gummy bears, guests, young and old found a Cold Stone ice cream creation to satisfy their desires. The Cold Stone Creamery MovieTowne location will be serving up it's full range of smooth and creamy ice cream flavours that are made fresh everyday, it's unique ice cream cupcakes, as well as it's popular ice cream cakes and rich milkshakes and smoothies.
