Twelve young girls from around the country will be competing against each other for the title of Little Miss Rose 2011 this Saturday. The Bon Air High School in Arouca will see the areas of Arima, La Horquetta, Talparo, Malabar, Maloney, Couva, Maraval. Laventille, Chaguanas, Sangre Grande, Trinicity and Valencia represented by contestants between the ages of seven - 12-years old.Contestants will be competing in the categories of Emancipation Wear, Talent, Independence Gown and a Question and Answer segment.Showtime is at 4 pm and a guest appearance would be made by Miss Teen Rose 2008 winner, Starlet Johnson.The show is a collaboration between Mine Promotions and Phase 1 Families Incorporated. It is entitled, 'An Evening of Patriotism.'The eventual winner would be given a cash prize of $3,000, two tickets to Tobago; sponsored by Caribbean Airlines; the title, crown and trophy; two vouchers for dinner at Ruby Tuesday; an I Pod; and, one pair of earrings.
