For­mer first la­dy Za­lay­har Has­sanali, re­tired as­sis­tant Com­mis­sion­er of Po­lice Mar­garet Samp­son Browne, Di­ana Ma­habir-Wy­att, Bren­da Gopeesingh and Hazel Browne were the re­cip­i­ents cel­e­brat­ed.
