Caribe Fash­ion Spe­cial­ist (CFS) is an or­gan­i­sa­tion op­er­at­ing with­in the fash­ion/en­ter­tain­ment in­dus­try of Trinidad and To­ba­go. Ac­cord­ing to own­er Nat­i­fa Alexan­der, "The pri­ma­ry ob­jec­tive of CFS is the to­tal de­vel­op­ment of the mod­el re­source. This is fa­cil­i­tat­ed via com­pre­hen­sive train­ing pro­grammes for mod­els along with ser­vices for our Im­age En­hance­ment/Man­age­ment."I have been a part of the mod­el­ling in­dus­try through­out the coun­try for sev­er­al years. Dur­ing this time I have func­tioned as co-or­di­na­tor, stage man­ag­er, train­er, etc, for beau­ty pageants, fash­ion mod­el com­pe­ti­tions and fash­ion shows."CFS is now in the im­ple­men­ta­tion stage for the host­ing of its first an­nu­al fash­ion show called Tri­ni Style which is card­ed for Sep­tem­ber 23, at Queen's Hall, St Ann's, start­ing at 6 pm."Alexan­der said the goal of CFS for Tri­ni Style did not stop at en­ter­tain­ment, but rather to al­so pro­mote youth in the fash­ion in­dus­try. And to al­low the next gen­er­a­tion of fash­ion de­sign­ers, mod­els and make-up artistes to an­nounce them­selves to the in­dus­try and pub­lic at large through this grand pre­sen­ta­tion, this event will hope­ful­ly in­flu­ence par­tic­i­pants to keep mar­ket­ing them­selves af­ter the event and be ac­ces­si­ble to their pub­lic.

She added: "We hope to al­so en­cour­age the pub­lic to be more sup­port­ive of pos­i­tive young peo­ple and so to lo­cal brands."To­mor­row, CFS will be pre­sent­ing six de­sign­ers be­tween the ages 18 to 35-Christo­pher Rus­sell, Ker­by Young, Machel Sandy, Shar­lene Bram­ble, Is­han­na Sealy and Sta­cy Smith-and two guest de­sign­ers whom are over 35, in the per­sons of Kezzy Mar­tin Ot­t­ley and Ger­ard Per­ry.Alexan­der said: "The night promis­es to be filled will vi­brant per­for­mances by youth en­ter­tain­ers and ex­quis­ite fash­ion ex­hi­bi­tions. What greater way to kick off the Re­pub­lic hol­i­day than with a true ex­pres­sion of Tri­ni Style."Tri­ni Style is put to­geth­er by CFS with as­sis­tance from Jim­my Aboud, Classy Fab­rics, Team Or­ange event and d&ea­cute;cor ser­vices, Blue Mar­ble pro­duc­tions, Ville Ven­tures Films, Mi­croserv and in­di­vid­ual con­trib­u­tors.
