Stu­dents who at­tend­ed North East­ern Col­lege in San­gre Grande from 1974-1979 held a re­union on Sat­ur­day at the Mil­len­ni­um Park Club House, Trinci­ty. Dr Raj Ram­nanan, spokesman for the event, said 76 past stu­dents and three teach­ers at­tend­ed the event, which be­gan at 5 pm. They min­gled and rem­i­nisced their school days. Many of them cried when they were re­unit­ed with friends they last saw decades ago.
