The T&T Reading Association and the International Professional Life Skills Association are hosting a research symposium themed Inquiry Shapes Innovation: Promoting a Culture of Research in Literacy and Life Skills on April 4 at the Francis Xavier Heritage Hall, Pembroke Street, Port-of-Spain.
A release from the association said the symposium will explore a range of areas including education policy, curriculum planning and delivery, national and international standards, professional development, student-centred pedagogy and andragogy, life-long learning and inclusive education.
Presenters include the IRA board of director and liaison for the Caribbean, Dr Rona F Flippo, who will deliver the keynote address.
