Highlighting another issue, Barrows said the South West Regional Health Authority (SWRHA) had broken its promise to pay outstanding increments owned to workers for the past five years. She said the agreement was that the monies would be paid by December. She warned: "We not holding any more talks with SWRHA. Workers are fed up. We will not be held responsible for whatever action workers may take."
