Ramadhar said he expected his ministry to be operating from the new facility within six months. He said he was happy the facility had been completed as the improved working environment would lead to an improvement in service to the public. Ramgoolam said Government was now looking for new accommodation for the staff of the service commissions as there have been numerous health and safety complaints about their existing offices. "We are looking for a building to move them, even if the existing one was declared as good (safe)," she added.
