Speak­ing at the Cen­tre of Ex­cel­lence, Ma­coya, Butch­er said, "I am sure you are well aware that suc­cess re­quires hard work, ded­i­ca­tion and com­mit­ment."Butch­er told the grad­u­ates that "life is full of chal­lenges and that abil­i­ty to en­dure and to face chal­lenges builds char­ac­ter."
