It just takes the person off the road for a while but when they return they have the same skill, same attitude, or lack thereof."Rambachan said the defensive driving course was something which "educates (drivers) and does not affect their lives too severely."President of Arrive Alive Brent Batson welcomed Rambachan's recommendation, stating "it is a move in the right direction."
