Po­lice have charged two sus­pects with the mur­der of "PH" dri­ver Nigel Hug­gins, a week af­ter he was hi­jacked and stabbed to death at Broth­ers Road, Tabaquite.The sus­pects, aged 20 and 30, of Loney Road, In­di­an Walk, Princes Town, and Dol­ly Street, Mara­bel­la, re­spec­tive­ly, were charged over the week­end with Hug­gins' mur­der.The charges were laid by Cpl Ramd­han, of the Rio Claro Po­lice Sta­tion, af­ter in­struc­tions from the Di­rec­tor of Pub­lic Pros­e­cu­tions.

Both men are ac­cused of hi­jack­ing Hug­gins as he worked on the Re­alise Road, Princes Town, route.Hug­gins was hi­jacked and forced to dri­ve to a lo­ca­tion. It is be­lieved that Hug­gins put up a strug­gle and was stabbed. He lost con­trol of the car which crashed. Hug­gins was seen stum­bling out of the car. He col­lapsed in a drain on Broth­ers Road, Tabaquite and died. (RS)
