How­ev­er, peo­ple of a pri­ma­ry lev­el ed­u­ca­tion were least like­ly to give a rat­ing of "fair," with 43% tech­ni­cal /vo­ca­tion­al, 41% sec­ondary, 38% uni­ver­si­ty, and 33% pri­ma­ry ed­u­cat­ed in­di­cat­ing the Prime Min­is­ter's per­for­mance to date as "fair." Of those who rat­ed the Prime Min­is­ter's per­for­mance as "poor," 25% tech­ni­cal/ vo­ca­tion­al, 21% pri­ma­ry, 18% uni­ver­si­ty, and 15% sec­ondary ed­u­cat­ed re­spon­dents in­di­cat­ed "poor."
