She said it was "ironic."After he performed his Groovy Soca Monarch composition, Trini, he spoke with the media about the incident.He admitted that his driver "pulled over on the shoulder and overtake some vehicles...I wasn't driving."Benjai said he practises safe driving at all times. He was high in praise for the officers who issued the ticket."They didn't tarry and thing...They moved swift and said they understand the situation," he said.Meanwhile, Benjai said he was confident of his chances in the Soca Monarch competition which takes place on Carnival Friday, March 4.
