People's National Movement (PNM) political leader Dr Keith Rowley and Tobago House of Assembly Chief Secretary Orville London will be the main speakers when the Tobago council of the opposition party holds its convention at the Mason Hall Government Secondary School auditorium from 3 pm on Sunday.
During the convention, the council will also elect its officers for the new term. The posts to be contested will be chairman, vice-chairman, secretary, assistant secretary, treasurer, public relations officer, education officer and research officer. All supporters and members of the public have been invited to attend.
