"We ex­pect in five years or so every sin­gle gov­ern­ment build­ing will be clean, beau­ti­fied, well paint­ed, well kept and main­tained by a com­bi­na­tion of Cepep and Na­tion­al Re­for­esta­tion," Mooni­lal added.
