The Trini Mini car club is on its fifth annual tour of Tobago. Members set off on the four-day trip on Friday at the  Inter-island Ferry terminal on Wrightson Road, Port-of-Spain. Club president Michael Elcock said: “Over 20 restored mini cars will be participating this year and the trip caters for the owners and their families.” The club is making several stops across the island in their moving tour, including Parlatuvier Bay, Roxborough and Whiteman Bay.  The sponsors of the event are Water One, National Petroleum (NP) and Power Master Batteries.  Elcock said the group was invited to have breakfast yesterday at the T&T Regiment base in Tobago.  The group is also expected to do public demonstrations and provide information on mini cars throughout the tour.
