Po­lice are search­ing for two men who robbed a San Fer­nan­do PH taxi dri­ver on Sun­day night.Po­lice said that around 10.30 pm, Ker­ry Thomas was ply­ing his white Nis­san B 13 for hire when he picked up the two men who asked to be tak­en to Union Hall.One of the men pulled out a ban­dana and pro­ceed­ed to choke Thomas with it. He was robbed of a Nokia cell phone worth $800 and $25 in cash be­fore the men placed him in the trunk of the ve­hi­cle and drove off.In the vicin­i­ty of Pleas­antville, Thomas was able to free him­self as the men made off with his car val­ued at $25,000.Po­lice are con­tin­u­ing in­ves­ti­ga­tions.
