Sec­re­tary Gen­er­al of the Or­gan­i­sa­tion of Amer­i­can States (OAS) Jose Miguel In­sulza paid a cour­tesy call on Op­po­si­tion Leader Dr Kei­th Row­ley yes­ter­day, at the Of­fice of the Op­po­si­tion Leader, 11 Charles Street, Port-of-Spain.He was ac­com­pa­nied by OAS rep­re­sen­ta­tive in T&T Dr Riyad In­sanal­ly, as well as OAS prin­ci­pal ad­vis­er (Caribbean Af­fairs) Paul O Spencer.Among oth­er things, elec­tion cam­paign fi­nance re­form in the re­gion was dis­cussed, with Row­ley urg­ing the OAS to main­tain its in­ter­est in this crit­i­cal mat­ter.
