With over 1,300 votes, Joann Jones was award­ed the $2,500 grand prize.Cre­at­ed by West­ern Union, 'Sing it, Shout it, Send it' was a Moth­er's Day cam­paign with a gen­uine so­cial me­dia com­po­nent that em­pow­ered con­sumers to pay trib­ute to moth­ers, fam­i­ly, friends and loved ones.Par­tic­i­pants were re­quired to cre­ate ei­ther orig­i­nal songs, per­formed a cap­pel­la, or 'shout outs' which were sub­se­quent­ly up­loaded to the In­ter­net for judg­ing. Win­ners were cho­sen by pop­u­lar vote.West­ern Union re­ceived an over­whelm­ing re­sponse to the mul­ti-faceted, in­te­grat­ed con­sumer cam­paign.
