Ch­aguara­mas is cleaned up and back to nor­mal af­ter the Red Bull Flug­tag com­pe­ti­tion, says Al­li­son Ed­wards, man­ag­er–ten­an­cy, Ch­aguara­mas De­vel­op­ment Au­thor­i­ty (CDA).Ad­mit­ting there was a lot of garbage in the area af­ter the event, Ed­wards said on Tues­day it did not ex­pend any ex­tra en­er­gy from the CDA work­ers to clean it.They com­plet­ed the clean-up of the land area on Mon­day in the same amount of time it would have tak­en them to clean William's Bay af­ter a nor­mal week­end, she said.Ed­wards said the Pier 1 area, where craft used in the com­pe­ti­tion were tied, was al­so cleaned.
