A weekend camping trip to Caura River ended in tragedy after a 23-year-old university student drowned.Police said around 10.30 am on Monday, Nicholas Ramrattan, of Claxton Bay, told friends he was going into the river for a bath.After some time he had not returned and his friends mounted a search and found his body at the bottom of the river around 2.30 pm.A post-mortem was scheduled to be conducted at the Forensic Science in St James yesterday.Tunapuna police are continuing investigations.(DA)
