Unilever Caribbean Ltd was the vol­ume leader with 150,000 shares chang­ing hands for a val­ue of $4,531,500, fol­lowed by Trinidad Ce­ment Ltd with a vol­ume of 87,864 shares be­ing trad­ed for $149,368.80. ANSA McAL Ltd con­tributed 60,264 shares with a val­ue of $3,136,741.20, while Sagi­cor Fi­nan­cial Cor­po­ra­tion added 42,900 shares val­ued at $326,040.00. Sco­tia In­vest­ments Ja­maica Ltd en­joyed the day's largest gain, in­creas­ing $0.15 to end the day at $2.40. Na­tion­al Com­mer­cial Bank Ja­maica ad­vanced by $0.10 to close at $2.25, while Sco­tia­bank T&T added $0.07 to end the week's trad­ing at $46.51.

Con­verse­ly, Guardian Hold­ings Ltd suf­fered the day's great­est loss, falling $0.58 to close at $14.01. Fla­vorite Foods de­clined by $0.23, end­ing at $7.75. The Com­pos­ite In­dex ad­vanced by 3.18 points, adding 0.33 per cent to close at 979.31, while thee All T&T In­dex de­clined by 1.64 points or 0.12 per cent to close at 1,404.42. The mu­tu­al fund mar­ket did not record any ac­tiv­i­ty. Fortress Caribbean Prop­er­ty Fund re­mained at $5.11. Prae­to­ri­an Prop­er­ty Mu­tu­al Fund re­mained at $3.15. Sav­in­vest In­dia Asia Fund re­mained at $62.50. The sec­ond tier mar­ket did not wit­ness any ac­tiv­i­ty. Mo­ra Ven Hold­ings re­mained at $15.70.
