A headless corpse was discovered floating by the Coast Guard off Monos Island yesterday. Coast Guard sources said the corpse was discovered around noon and that the left arm was also missing. The corpse was handed over to officers of the Carenage Police Station. Coast Guard officials said they believed the incident may have been drug-related.
