The Min­istry of Works and In­fra­struc­ture's Pro­gramme for Up­grad­ing Roads Ef­fi­cien­cy (PURE) Unit will be un­der­tak­ing re­pair works on the south bound lane of the Sir Solomon Ho­choy High­way be­tween Tarou­ba Link Road and Gol­con­da. Re­pair works will com­mence to­day and end on Oc­to­ber 31 and will take place be­tween 8 pm and 6 am dai­ly.

Mo­torists are ad­vised to:

• Pro­ceed with cau­tion and ob­serve all di­rec­tion­al signs and bar­ri­ers.

• Com­ply with in­struc­tions from the po­lice of­fi­cers on site to fa­cil­i­tate the flow of traf­fic in an or­der­ly man­ner.

• Use oth­er al­ter­na­tive routes.

• Dri­ve at a re­duced speed on ap­proach­ing the work zone.
