Managing director Yesh Pal Chhabra of Bank of Baroda T&T, India's international bank, is assuring all local clients of international standards. He said so while addressing guests attending the bank's fourth anniversary in T&T. The event was held on October 15 with a lavish gathering at Centre of Excellence, Macoya. Chhabra also assured all clients of affordable, hassle-free loans, to suit their every need, and better interest rates on deposits.
Among guests attending the function were Finance Minister Winston Dookeran, Foreign Affairs and Communications Minister Dr Surujrattan Rambachan, Minister in the Ministry of Local Government Rudranath Indarsingh and Inspector of Financial Institutions Carl Hiralal.Bank of Baroda T&T, made its presence in Trinidad by opening its first branch in Port-of-Spain, on October 17, 2007. Soon after, the bank expanded its operations to San Fernando and Chaguanas.
