Less than five weeks after he was fined $1,500 for breaching the curfew, Moosai Patrick found himself before the court for the same offence yesterday. However, this time the 29-year-old, who has 13 previous convictions, was jailed for five months. On September 26 Patrick was convicted for breaching the curfew and was fined. Prosecutor Sgt Skelly told the court Patrick was given 28 days to pay the fine or serve three months in jail. Patrick was back in court on Monday when he pleaded guilty to breaching the curfew on October 26. He was arrested by PC Walde Bruce and charged with the offence. According to the report Patrick was found standing on Coffee Street, San Fernando, around 11.30 pm.
