T&T's top rid­ers Hadley Ra­hael and Adelle Stollmey­er will be look­ing to top their re­spec­tive cat­e­gories as the T&T Eques­tri­an As­so­ci­a­tion host its fi­nal show-jump­ing event on Sun­day, at the Hid­den Val­ley Sta­bles, San­ta Cruz, from 10 am.T&T's best eques­tri­ans will vie for the cov­et­ed an­nu­al Su­per League Rid­er of the Year ti­tles. The com­pe­ti­tion takes place over four legs through­out the year, and each leg con­tains three class­es: the low (ju­nior & se­nior), mid­dle and high leagues.

As the legs of the com­pe­ti­tion progress, so do the heights of the jumps with­in the height range of each class. Af­ter the fourth and fi­nal leg, the horse and rid­er pair with the most points in each lev­el is de­clared the Rid­er of the Year of that lev­el.In the low league ju­niors, Ra­hael is cur­rent­ly in the lead, while Sand­hya Moll is the cur­rent leader for the low league se­niors.

The mid league is more com­pet­i­tive, this be­ing the group with the largest num­ber of en­tries. Af­ter three legs, Adelle Stollmey­er on Ami­go Mio leads with 290 points, Char­lotte Mor­ri­son is sec­ond on Al­fie Meh Boy with 280 points and Mariel Lanser rid­ing Rhap­sody is third with 200 points. The most skilled jump­ing will be seen in the high league, and Sand­hya Moll will try to main­tain her lead on Ma­jes­tic 7. She cur­rent­ly has 230 points but Stephen Degheldere is sure to be close on her heels with A Great Team.
