Po­lice are search­ing for a man who re­port­ed­ly kid­napped a young dis­abled woman and raped her for more than an hour in an aban­doned house in Debe. Po­lice said around 11.30 pm on Sat­ur­day, the 27-year-old vic­tim was at home when she heard some­one knock on the front door. The girl told po­lice that she opened the door and a man who she did not know, grabbed her wrist and dragged her out of the house.

The man pulled her to a house lo­cat­ed about 200 feet away where he forced her to per­form sex­u­al in­ter­course. She was lat­er found in the house by rel­a­tives. Po­lice said the girl was lat­er ex­am­ined by Dis­trict Med­ical Of­fi­cer Dr Silochan, who con­firmed that she was sex­u­al­ly mo­lest­ed. No ar­rests have yet been made.
