After Dark birthday lime excites patrons

The most popular night club in Sangre Grande, the only club on the island with a pool in the VIP area, was in celebration mode on March 10. Owner and manager, Darin Ali, celebrated his birthday in fine style on the night. And although the rain fell intermittently, it failed to put a damper on the fun. The club is known for its consistent showcasing of local and regional live entertainment, and that night was no different. The live performances began with Whitney Cummings, aka Local Whitney Houston, and climaxed with local reggae superstar, Marlon Asher. He sang eight songs and ended the show just before 5 am.
