Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar will deliver the feature address at the commissioning of the new Scarborough General Hospital on Wednesday. A release from the Ministry of Health yesterday stated that the PM will address attendees at 2 pm in Signal Hill for the commissioning of the new hospital. Persad-Bissessar will be joined by Health Minister Dr Fuad Khan and Tobago House of Assembly chief secretary Orville London who are also carded to speak.
